3 Peas in a Pod Productions is a dynamic, purpose-driven production company co-founded by Amy Glass, Becky Glass, and Mary Kate Scanlon—three creative visionaries bound by a shared love of storytelling and a deep-seated passion for meaningful impact.
Amy and Becky, lifelong collaborators and twin forces in experiential storytelling, first crossed paths with Mary Kate, a seasoned HR professional and entertainment industry advocate, at a philanthropic gala. It was in that moment—surrounded by stories of kindness, community service, and collective action—that they discovered their aligned ambitions: to uplift voices, evoke emotion, and spur social change through the power of film.
Together, they launched 3 Peas in a Pod Productions, a boutique film and content studio that blends cinematic craft with heartfelt purpose. Their mission is simple yet profound: to produce beautifully told stories that resonate, inspire, and contribute to a better world. Each project is infused with creativity, compassion, and a commitment to authentic representation—from documentaries and narrative shorts to branded content with soul.
